A modification of the 15 - 40 HP boiler.
The heating surface has been substantially increased. This results in the coils being
somewhat closer together with resultant need for larger and more powerful burners.
The design is to A.S.M.E.
(American Society of Mechanical Engineers) boiler power code.
☆ All boilers should be properly pressure tested hydrostatically prior to actual
use with steam, and the pressure that steam causes.
- OPTIONS: We suggest that a Water Separator / Scale Trap be used

HP (in this context) means Horse Power.
(Of course you know that; just being thorough.) It's a unit of power equal to 550
foot-pounds per second
or 735.5 (or 746 -- believe it not, opinions vary)
watts, and is the usual
measure of the amount of work an engine can do.
